Instructions for Abstract Submission and Registration via Frappehub

These instructions outline the process for registering, submitting abstracts, and completing registration via the Frappehub platform. All participants intending to present at the conference must adhere to these guidelines.

Step 1: Registration/Sign-In

1. Navigate to the designated Frappehub event page: IAGRIS Frappehub Page

2. New Users: Click "Register" or "Sign Up" and complete the registration form.

3. Check your email for confirmation and retain it for future reference.

4. Existing Users: Click "Sign In" and enter your credentials.

Step 2: Abstract Template Download

1. Go to the Frappehub event page and find the "Abstract Template" section.

2. Click and download the abstract template. Ensure your submission conforms to this template.

Step 3: Abstract Submission

1. Prepare your abstract using the downloaded template.

2. Log in to Frappehub and navigate to "Call for Abstract".

3. Upload your abstract, ensuring accurate details (title, authors, etc.).

4. Click "Submit" and retain the confirmation message/email.

Step 4: Registration and Payment (Post Abstract Acceptance)

1. Upon abstract acceptance, return to the Frappehub event page.

2. Navigate to the "Registration" section.

3. Complete the registration form and proceed to payment.

4. Upon successful payment, retain the confirmation receipt.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure all submitted information is accurate.
  • Adherence to the provided abstract template is mandatory.
  • Abstract submission deadline: 1st April 2025
  • Conference registration and payment deadline: 15th August 2025
